Several students of Miami-Dade County Public Schools' Radio Broadcasting Program are among the finalists in the 4th Annual South Florida Achievement In Radio (AIR) Awards competition set for 7 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 13, at the Radisson Deauville Resort, 6701 Collins Ave., Miami Beach.

Students of the Radio Broadcasting Program, which is taught at Miami Lakes Technical Education Center, received all four nominations in the Best Public Service Announcement category. M-DCPS students also garnered three of the five nominations in the Best Students Talent category.
