A portion of S.W. 147th Avenue between Coral Way and Bird Road will be renamed "Bulldog Boulevard" in honor of G. Holmes Braddock Senior High School at the November 14th meeting of the Miami-Dade County Commission, to be held in Suite 320 of the Stephen P. Clark Center, 111 N.W. First Street.
School Principal Donald A. Hoecherl, Pep Club members and the school's bulldog mascot will attend the meeting, where a resolution to rename the street will be introduced by Commissioner Miriam Alonso.
