A ceremony dedicating an addition project at Howard Drive Elementary School, 7750 S.W. 136 St., will be held at 9 a.m. Friday, Jan. 21.

School officials and business and community leaders will participate in the ceremony.

The Howard Drive project included the addition of a media center, an art and music complex, two resource rooms, a computer lab and a physical education shelter. The project is part of Miami-Dade County Public Schools' long-term building and renovation program.
