Palm Springs Middle School will offer its popular series of parent
workshops and classes, in English and Spanish, beginning September
15. These Wednesday evening sessions are designed to help families
improve communication and deal with the stress that may interfere
with peaceful family life. Topics include: Understanding Teens (Sept.
15), Parenting from the Heart (Sept. 22), and Dealing with Stress in
the Family (Sept. 29).
Family counseling is offered on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Call
Lorie Russell for an appointment in English or Myriam Riano for an
appointment in Spanish, at 305-821-2460, ext. 226.
