SCHOOL SYSTEM TO HONOR SCHOOL-RELATED PERSONNEL

Miami-Dade County Public Schools will honor its outstanding and
dedicated school-related personnel at a 6 p.m. reception followed by
a 7 p.m. recognition ceremony on Thursday, May 4, at the Radisson
Mart Centre, 711 N.W. 72 Ave.
One winner and one runner-up will be selected from among the school
district's paraprofessionals and school support personnel. A second
winner and runner-up will be selected from among office employees
districtwide. Each finalist will receive $250. Each runner-up will
receive $500, and each winner will receive $750.
The event is co-sposored by United Teachers of Dade. Tickets are $35
per person or $350 per table of ten.
