SIXTH ANNUAL PARENT INVOLVEMENT CONFERENCE
TO BE HELD AT TWO HIGH SCHOOLS, JAN. 24, 31
December 19, 2003
The Sixth Annual Parent Involvement Conference will be held
at two Miami-Dade public high schools on two consecutive
Saturdays from 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. to provide information
and assistance to parents about the school system's
programs.

Various
sponsors will set up table displays and exhibits. Workshops
will be available in English, Spanish and/or Haitian Creole
to provide parents with information and strategies for
supporting academic achievement and addressing issues that
impact their children's placement, promotion and
behavior.
