M-DCPS OBSERVES AIDS AWARENESS WEEK


April 30, 2004

Miami-Dade County Public Schools will observe its annual AIDS Awareness Week from May 3-7. Although AIDS education is taught throughout the school year, AIDS Awareness Week will focus lessons and activities on AIDS prevention. Special activities will include community volunteers and lectures by people living with AIDS.
