Three Miami-Dade public school principals are among the nominees for a state leadership award to be presented on Wednesday, June 30, 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m., by the Florida Association of School Administrators (FASA) in Marco Island.

Onetha J. Gilliard of Miami Edison Middle School, Rose L. Martin of D.A. Dorsey Educational Center, and Kristine Dittmar of Kendale Elementary School were nominated for FASA's Principal Achievement Award for Outstanding Leadership. The finalists and winner will be announced at a luncheon by Florida Department of Education K-12 Chancellor Jim Warford.
