WHY: |
To promote the groundbreaking of new additions at Ruth K. Broad/Bay Harbor K-8 Center. The new building will open in 2008. This new facility will accommodate 500 new students and is located within the existing school campus along West Bay Harbor Drive. It will house 17 intermediate classrooms, labs for music, art, computer and science, PE classrooms and a satellite kitchen with a dining room with a total of 40,470 square feet.
