‘GREEN MY SCHOOL’ CONTEST KICK OFF, OCT. 1

WHAT: |
A press conference to launch the highly anticipated CBS &
EcoZone® Green Schools Initiative, which will bring green makeover projects to a grand-prize-winning school.
The contest, developed by EcoMedia, is available to all public schools within the cities of Miami and San Francisco. Participation by students, teachers and administrators is required. Each school will be asked to submit a short standard form including a creative component expressing what being green means to them, and why their school should receive a green makeover. |

In addition to choosing a school to enjoy the benefits of a green school makeover, the project works with all the partners to leave behind a sustainable program for schools that participate in the contest. EcoZone Green Schools Sponsors currently include CBS Corporation, TCP, and NOAA.
