SUPERINTENDENT’S BENEFIT CONCERT SERIES TO BEGIN NOVEMBER 20 An assemblage of Miami-Dade County Public Schools’ (M-DCPS) most outstanding singers, dancers and performers will be featured at the Superintendent’s Benefit Concert Series beginning Friday, Nov. 20, 8 p.m. at Miami Beach Senior High School. This first-of-its-kind concert, titled “Listen to the Music,” will raise funds for the Cultural Passport Program, which will provide K-12 students with a different cultural experience each school year. The goal of the Cultural Passport Program is to provide all K-12 students with a different cultural field experience each school year. By the time a student graduates from senior high school, he/she will have visited museums and art galleries, and experienced live musical, theatrical and dance performances.
