MIAMI EDISON SENIOR STUDENTS, TEACHER INVITED TO EVENT WITH
U.S. SECRETARY OF EDUCATION ARNE DUNCAN

U.S. Secretary of Education Arne Duncan is scheduled to visit Pembroke Pines Charter High School in Broward tomorrow morning.  Miami Edison Senior High School Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) teacher Yolette Mezadieu and her students have been invited to attend the event at the school.  Ms. Mezadieu’s two teams of students won two categories of the online NFTE World Series of Innovation challenge with their businesses, 300 Calories or Less in the “New Franchise Idea” category, and E-PRIDE, in the “College and Career Readiness” category.
