WHY: |
Students from MAST Academy have been chosen to ask the NASA International Space Station Commander questions. The school is one of four schools nationwide selected for this honor. The event is being held in conjunction with the United States Coast Guard. Maritime and Science Technology Academy (MAST) has a tradition of academic excellence, and has been ranked among U.S. News and World Report’s Top 100 High Schools. MAST has also been listed one of "Miami-Dade's Best Schools" by Newsweek Magazine.
