Superintendent of Schools Alberto Carvalho will speak before the City of Hialeah Mayor and Council at their monthly meeting to discuss the upcoming $1.2 billion General Obligation Bond Referendum that will be on the November 6 ballot.  Proceeds from the bond issue would be used to modernize and construct schools throughout the district, including technology upgrades at all schools.
