Iraida R. Mendez-Cartaya, Miami-Dade County Public Schools Assistant Superintendent, Office of Intergovernmental Affairs, Grants Administration, and Community Engagement, recently completed the Council of the Great City Schools’ Urban School Executives Program, a year-long training program for senior executives in large urban school districts.
