The Minority Chamber of Commerce has selected Melody Thelwell as Miami-Dade County Government Procurement Public Official of the Year. Approximately 300 community leaders will attend this milestone event. Ms. Thelwell is being recognized for her outstanding leadership and commitment to public service by assisting minority business owners with maximum professionalism, respect, and a willingness to help them establish healthy business relationships with the school district.
