An accounting of the progress and challenges of Miami-Dade
County’s public schools will be presented by School Board Chair
Perla Tabares Hantman during her State of the School System Address,
6 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 2, at WLRN-TV’s Studio A, 172 N.E. 15th
Street, Miami.
The media is welcome, though no video cameras will be allowed during
the speech, as it will be videotaped and broadcast on WLRN-TV Channel
17 at a later date.
