Miami Southridge Senior High School received an
“Outstanding” rating on its Air Force Junior ROTC unit
inspection for the academic year 1999-2000. The rating is the highest
attainable.
The announcement was made by U.S. Air Force Brig. Gen. John M.
Speigel. He commended the school for its achievement, citing long
hours of teamwork and dedication by the aerospace science
instructors, their students and administrators.
