Florida Education Commissioner Tom Gallagher will visit Miami Springs Senior High School, 751 Dove Ave., Tuesday, Oct. 5, 9 a.m., to discuss the school's outstanding programs with the principal and staff.

Miami-Dade County Superintendent of Schools Roger C. Cuevas and Deputy Superintendent of Schools Henry C. Fraind will join him.

“The Commissioner picked Miami Springs because he'd read and been told lots of great things about its academic program,” Cuevas said.
