A ceremony dedicating an addition/renovation project at Palm Springs Elementary, 6304 E. 1st Ave., Hialeah, will be held at 9 a.m. Friday, March 19.

School officials and business and community leaders will participate in the ceremony.

The Palm Springs project included the addition of a new media center and an art and music complex and various classroom renovations. It is part of the Miami-Dade County Public Schools' long-term building and renovation program.
