Miami-Dade County Public Schools will showcase innovative
curricula and student projects at Miami-Dade Days in
Tallahassee on Thursday, April 5.
The "From Crayons to Computers...Miami-Dade County Public
Schools on the Move" showcase will be the focus of
activities from 9:30-11:30 a.m. in and around the capitol's
rotunda. Legislators, School Board members and local elected
officials have been invited to participate in the events
that include an array of interactive technological
activities in the rotunda and to view the student art wall,
"Master-Peace 2000," at the capitol plaza. Visitors to the
art wall will be invited to draw their own personal
message.
