FINLAY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DEDICATION: MONDAY, DEC. 3 November 27, 2001 A ceremony dedicating the new Dr. Carlos J. Finlay Elementary School,851 S.W. 117th Ave., will be held at 9 a.m. Monday, Dec. 3. School officials and business and community leaders will participate in the ceremony.
