KROP SENIOR HIGH CAREER DAY EXTRAVAGANZA TO BE HELD NOV. 14

A Career Day Extravaganza will be held at Dr. Michael M. Krop Senior High School on Wednesday, Nov. 14. Approximately 150 community members are scheduled to spend the morning talking with students about their chosen professions. The school is located at 1410 N.E. 215 St.

Career Day will begin at 8 a.m. with registration and breakfast. Guests will enjoy pancakes prepared by the International House of Pancakes and omelets prepared and served by Krop culinary arts students. From 9 to 10:15 a.m., the school's 3,300 students will hear two career presentations from guest speakers. Afterward, students will participate in a career fair in the school's breezeways, interact with local business representatives and receive information and materials on selected careers.
