MDCPS TO HOST ANNUAL TITLE I INSTRUCTIONAL FAIR/SEMINAR, OCT. 4 September 18, 2001 Miami-Dade County Public Schools' Federal Programs and Grants Administration will hold its Annual Instructional Fair/Seminar on Thursday, Oct. 4 from 8:30 a.m - 4:30 p.m. at the Radisson Mart Plaza Convention Centre (Upper Level-Fashion 3 East) , 711 N.W. 72nd Ave., Miami. This year's keynote speaker is renowned educator and author Dr. Alvin Granowsky. The conference will provide presentations, workshops and exhibits for educators, parents and the community.
