CELEBRATION OF GREAT BANDS MARCHING FESTIVAL TO BE HELD AT TRAZ POWELL STADIUM, NOV. 10 November 9, 2001 Twenty-eight Miami-Dade County Public Schools marching bands are scheduled to participate in the twenty-third annual Celebration of Great Bands Marching Festival to be held at Traz Powell Stadium on the North Campus of Miami-Dade Community College, Saturday, Nov. 10, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. More than 2000 students are expected to participate in this year's festival, which will be dedicated to the heroes of the September 11th tragedy. Admission is free. Each band will perform in a ten minute show featuring music, marching, and color. Judges will be provided by the Florida Bandmasters Association and awards will be given to bands that receive a superior rating. Bands are rated on music performance, marching and maneuvering, auxiliary, percussion, and general effect. For more information, contact Robert T.
