MIAMI-DADE PUBLIC SCHOOL STUDENTS TO PARTICIPATE IN JOSE MARTÍ PARADE, JAN. 25 January 16, 2002 Miami-Dade County public school bands and student groups will participate in the annual Jose Martí Parade on Friday, Jan. 25 at 10 a.m. The parade will begin at S.W. 8th St. and S.W. 14th Ave. and proceed to Jose Martí Park at S.W. 4th St. and S.W. 4th Ave. Many of the students will be dressed in costumes representative of Hispanic culture to honor Jose Martí's birthday 149 years ago.
