PUBLIC HEARING TO REVIEW OPPAGA FINDINGS TO BE HELD JUNE

The Miami-Dade County School Board will hold a public
hearing at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, June 25th, in the auditorium
of the School Board Administration Building (SBAB), 1450
N.E. Second Ave. The purpose of the hearing is to accept
input and to review the findings and recommendations of the
Office of Program Policy Analysis and Government
Accountability's (OPPAGA) final report regarding the Best
Financial Management Practices Review of the Miami-Dade
County School district.
A copy of the findings and recommendations will be available
after 1 p.m. on June 18th in the SBAB Citizen Information
Center, Room 158. The report will also be available online
at the district's website, www.dadeschools.net. Persons
wishing to speak should submit a written request to the
Superintendent of Schools, Room 912, at the above address,
by noon, June 24th.
