PRIVATE SWEARING-IN CEREMONY FOR SCHOOL BOARD

AGUSTÍN BARRERA TO BE HELD NOV. 15

School Board Member-elect Agustín Barrera invites
media representatives to join his family, friends and
campaign supporters at a private swearing-in ceremony on
Friday, Nov. 15 at 6 p.m. in the School Board Administration
Building auditorium, 1450 N.E. Second Ave.
Barrera also will participate in the Tuesday, Nov. 19 public
installation ceremony with four re-elected School Board
members. The private swearing-in ceremony is being held to
thank and accommodate the many people who supported his
candidacy. The oath of office will become effective November
19, 2002.
