M-DCPS TEACHER RECEIVES TECHNOLOGY AWARD

Theresa MacNaughton, technology education teacher at Coral
Reef Senior High School, recently was awarded the 2002
International Technology Education Association's (ITEA)
"High School Teacher Excellence" award. This award is one of
the highest professional honors a teacher can receive in the
field of technology education. MacNaughton will be
officially honored at ITEA's 64th Annual Conference in
Columbus, Ohio in March.
ITEA is a professional association that promotes
technological literacy, leadership, professional
development, membership services, publications, and
classroom activities.
