TURNPIKE CLOSURE MAY AFFECT STUDENT TRANSPORTATION October 15, 2002 The upcoming closure of a portion of Florida's Turnpike for the filming of a motion picture may affect student transportation in the area. Parents of students who ride public school buses in south Miami-Dade County are advised that students may arrive late from school on Oct. 21-24 and Oct. 28-31.
