MIAMI-DADE SCHOOL BOARD TO HOLD BUDGET HEARING;
PUBLIC INVITED TO PARTICIPATE

MIAMI – The Miami-Dade County School Board will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 26, to discuss the school district budget for 2005-2006.

The School Board will vote on tentatively adopting the 2005-06 Annual Budget, which consists of the budget approved for advertising on July 13, 2005, and will include any amendments approved by the Board following the public hearing. Members of the community are invited to attend the meeting and give their input regarding this important matter. The meeting agenda may be reviewed at the Citizen Information Center in the School Board Administration Building, 1450 N.E. Second Ave., Room 158, weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. The meeting will take place in the administration building’s auditorium.
