Henry M. Flagler Elementary School will celebrate its 50th anniversary with a special breakfast and student tribute, Flagler Through the Decades. The celebration includes the burying of a time capsule, receipt of a proclamation from the City of Miami, and receipt of an $18,000 donation from Commissioner Rebeca Sosa for the purchase of a new primary playground. |
