State Rep. Rivera will read a letter written by former first lady Nancy Reagan who was unable to attend the event.Miami-Dade County and the City of Doral will present proclamations to the school’s administrators. The event will include musical performances by the school’s band and choir. A lunch will immediately follow the ceremony.
