Principal for a Day mobilizes hundreds of Miami-Dade County business and community leaders to experience first-hand the triumphs and challenges of running a public school. The program’s goal is to turn their one-day experience into a long-term and active partnership with schools, enhancing overall student achievement and resulting in a stronger, more educated workforce.

This event marks the first time business leaders meet the principal of their school.

Principal for a Day is sponsored by Merrill Lynch and is in partnership with the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, the Coalition of Chambers of Commerce and the Miami-Dade Coalition for Community Education.
