A ribbon-cutting ceremony for the placement of the first Miami-Dade County Public Schools (MDCPS) kiosk in the community, as part of the school district’s educational compact agreement with the City of Coral Gables.

WHY:

The educational compact agreement with Coral Gables is one of seven agreements with local municipalities. These compacts focus on mutual interest in developing competent, competitive graduates and working together to ensure the goal is met. The kiosk provides convenient, easy access to timely information. It helps raise awareness of and builds support for M-DCPS programs, as well as the City of Coral Gables and its Parks & Recreation Department.
