Hello Friend/Ennis William Cosby Foundation Book Presentation

Monday, April 28th, 9 a.m. and 11 a.m.

North Glade Elementary School, 5000 N.W. 177th St., Opa-Locka at 9 a.m.

Southside Elementary School, 45 S.W. 13th St. at 11 a.m.

Students at two M-DCPS elementary schools will get the surprise of a lifetime when they are presented with an extensive library of books by the Hello Friend Foundation. The non-profit educational charity was created by actor Bill Cosby and his wife Camille following the death of their son, Ennis. Representatives from the foundation will be on hand to present books to students at two of the 21 recipient schools. Hello Friend will distribute more than 300,000 free books in almost every state this year.
