The “Eddies” honor the finest Miami-Dade County Public Schools employees for their dedication and hard work. Employees are recognized in the following categories: AFSCME Employee of the Year, Assistant Principal of the Year, Office Employee of the Year, Paraprofessional of the Year and Principal of the Year.

                        The nominees for Principal of the Year include:
