M-DCPS ART STUDENT WINS COCONUT GROVE ARTS FESTIVAL AWARD Phillip Spares de Sa, a senior at Robert Morgan Educational Center, is the recipient of the Coconut Grove Arts Festival Scholarship Award. The award is the highest honor bestowed to a student at the festival and includes a prize of $1,250. Phillip’s work will be on exhibit at the Young Artists Gallery, which is presented by the Woman's Club of Coconut Grove, in cooperation with Miami-Dade County Public Schools, during the President's Day weekend.
