Miami-Dade Schools Superintendent Alberto Carvalho, School Board Member Lawrence Feldman, local elected officials, school district administrators, and business and community leaders

Second in a series of Community Education bus tours throughout the various diverse municipalities of Miami-Dade County.

The tour will stop at three schools:  South Dade Senior High, Homestead Middle, and Florida City Elementary.

Monday, January 25
8:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Tour begins at Homestead City Hall, 790 North Homestead Blvd.

The tours provide local elected officials and business and community leaders the opportunity to visit schools in each area and to get a closer look at improvements and educational achievements.

The tours are part of Miami-Dade County Public Schools’ community outreach effort and its education compacts with municipalities.
