WHY: |
Alonzo and Tracy Mourning Senior High Biscayne Bay Campus is a new multi-story, state-of-the-art high school. The school is adjacent to the city of North Miami’s Stadium and next to the Florida International University’s Biscayne Bay Campus. The high school and university are working collaboratively to deliver a first class, rigorous curriculum focusing on the small learning communities/academy model concept.
The school opened its doors to ninth and tenth grade students last August.
