- PHOTO RELEASE – M-DCPS, CITY OF CORAL GABLES OFFICIALS UNVEIL PLANS Miami-Dade Schools Superintendent Alberto M. Carvalho, officials from City of Coral Gables and representatives from the Spanish, Italian and French Consulates met yesterday to unveil plans for the International Studies Preparatory Academy @ Gables (ISPA), a magnet school that will offer students the opportunity for intensive language study and international studies; as well as the establishment of the Coral Gables K-8 Center.
