- PHOTO RELEASE – SUPERINTENDENT OF SCHOOLS ALBERTO M. CARVALHO VISITS Miami-Dade Schools Superintendent Alberto M. Carvalho attended TeacherFAIR 2010 held at Miami Jackson Senior High this past Saturday, August 7. Miami-Dade County Public Schools hosted the Teacher Job Fair to fill anticipated vacancies for the 2010-2011 school year with highly qualified teachers who have proven student learning gains in core subject areas. More than 500 teachers visited the fair and more than 100 teachers were placed.
