Free Tax Preparation Kick-Off

The English Center is joining the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program (VITA) to offer free tax help for taxpayers who qualify until April 15. Trained community volunteers will help with special credits, such as The Earned Income Tax, Child Tax, and Credit for the Elderly or the Disabled. Certified volunteers have received training to help prepare basic tax returns at The English Center.
