Benefit Concert
Benefit Concert

Students from New World School of the Arts (left) and G. Holmes Braddock Sr. High (right) are shown performing during the Superintendent’s Concert Series’ “Magic To Do” program held May 6 at Miami Jackson Sr. High. The concert also featured performing groups from: William Lehman Elementary School, Country Club Middle School, Charles R. Drew Middle School, Miami Carol City Senior High School, Dr. Michael M. Krop Senior High School and Miami Palmetto Senior High School. This concert helped raise funds for the Superintendent's Cultural Passport Program, a new educational initiative designed to provide all students in grades K-12 with a different cultural field experience each school year. In the course of their education, students will visit museums and art galleries, and experience live musical, theatrical, and dance performances.
