MIAMI-DADE COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOLS AND UNITED TEACHERS OF DADE REACH TENTATIVE AGREEMENT MIAMI – Miami-Dade County Public Schools (M-DCPS) and United Teachers of Dade (UTD) reached a tentative agreement on the 2010-2011 re-opener contract which includes the 2011 Employee Benefit Program, reduction-in-force provisions, and no salary increase for the 2010-2011 school year. The tentative agreement will be presented to the Board for approval at its June 15, 2011 meeting if UTD unit members ratify the agreement prior to the School Board meeting.
