WHY: |
Florida City Elementary School’s new classroom building is scheduled to open August 2012. The new 17,449 sq. ft. classroom building will include 11 classrooms, two skills labs, a teacher’s lounge, and parent resource room. The new construction will also include a physical education shelter and site improvements such as a new courtyard, covered walkways, parking lot expansion, basketball courts, and new physical fitness equipment.
