WHY: |
The Moot Court team at the School for Advanced Studies Kendall Campus has been selected as the winner of the Third District Court of Appeals Moot Court 2012 competition. They will go to Tallahassee to compete against teams from the other four Court of Appeals Districts in the state of Florida. Team sponsor Dr. Derrick Johnson was recently selected as the 2012 Teacher of the Year by the Dade County Council for Social Sciences.
