WHY: |
Through a partnership with the George T. Baker Aviation School, the students have completed the refurbishment of a 41-foot Nike Hercules Missile (shell), which shall be transferred back to its new permanent home, the historic Nike Missile Site HM-69 at Everglades National Park. The site is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
