Miami-Dade County Public Schools (M-DCPS) Deputy Chief Financial Officer Judith Marte (center) receives a Certificate of Achievement from The Council of Great City Schools for her extraordinary abilities in school finances. Pictured at left are The Council of Great City Schools Executive Director Robert Carlson and M-DCPS Chief Financial Officer Richard Hinds, (right).
