The 35th Annual Community Partners Recognition Awards recognizes exemplary Dade Partners and outstanding school volunteers for their contribution and service to Miami-Dade’s public schools and its students.

This year, the 2013 Superintendent’s Choice Awards will be presented to The Betsy Community Fund for its support of districtwide initiatives and programs that substantially impacted the school climate and learning environment; and Mrs. Karen Fryd, Founder and Director of South Florida Youth Foundation, for her tireless commitment to education and compassion for needy students.
